Stefan Weichselfelder
Born and raised in Calpe, Spain, Stefan grew up in an international family with a German father and an English mother, giving him a unique understanding of the challenges expats face when settling in Spain.
In 2015, he founded his first expat services company with the goal of helping people navigate Spanish bureaucracy with confidence and ease.
Over the years, Stefan has assisted countless individuals and families with residency, vehicle imports, driving licence exchanges, administrative procedures, and much more.
His own international journey took him to both England and the United States, where he continued supporting clients remotely while expanding his knowledge of international relocation and administration.
Today, together with his partner Nikki, Stefan is giving Settle Easy Costa Blanca a fresh, modern direction.
Their shared vision is to provide a complete relocation service, offering not only administrative assistance but also trusted guidance and support throughout every stage of the moving process.
Nikki India
Nikki moved to Spain in 2022 together with her young daughter after successfully running an award-winning photography studio in Amsterdam and managing her own horse stable in the Netherlands.
Throughout her career, she travelled extensively around the world as a professional photographer while competing internationally as an equestrian rider.
Having experienced the relocation process herself, Nikki understands first-hand the excitement, uncertainty, and practical challenges that come with starting a new life in another country.
Her personal experience as an expat enables her to guide clients with empathy and practical knowledge, particularly families making the move to Spain.
Thanks to her background in the equestrian world, she also provides valuable support to clients relocating with horses, helping them navigate the additional planning and administration involved.
Together with Stefan, Nikki is dedicated to creating a warm, personal, and professional experience where every client receives honest advice, individual attention, and the confidence to enjoy their new life in Spain.
